“The Philippine National Police has made a team of CBRNE trained medical personnel from the PNP Health Service who may be deployed to assist concerned agencies in the repatration of Filipinos based in China and other countries infected by the 2019 nCov ARD who will wish to return to the country subject to mandatory quarantine procedure,” saad ni Gamboa.

“I have directed all  Regional and National Support Unit Directors to make available individual face masks for all PNP personnel and provision for hand sanitizers in PNP offices and facilities,” dagdag ng PNP Chief.

Ani Gamboa, “The CIDG and local PNP units are directed to assist DTI and LGUs in monitoring market activities to identify establishments and traders engage in hoarding and profiteering of medical supplies  such as face masks and disinfectants that are taken advantage of the situation to create artificial demand and justify a hike in prices.”

“I would like to echo the call of our health authorities to remain calm and informed amid this global public health emergency and instead focus attention and effort in promoting personal hygiene and strengthening of the immune system through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle,” apela pa ni Gamboa.
